As you all know, the state continues to respond to the financial crisis that is impacting education in our schools. We do understand these difficulties and are making adjustments in response to the current climate. The state is delaying adoptions, which has a dramatic influence on the publishing world. In response to the increasing length of time between adoptions, we must implement some changes.
What Does This Mean For You?
Beginning with the 2010-2011 school year, Capital City Publishing will begin providing the Student Resource Guide online . We will continue to send one classroom set (30 workbooks) to each teacher actively teaching The History of South Carolina in the Building of the Nation. Teachers will have permission to print workbook pages from the website as needed. We believe these changes will help you work smarter not harder!
